JUDGMENT
Petitioner inter alia sought a direction to expedite
the disposal of Ext.P2 by the third respondent, pertains to a vehicle alleged to have been seized in connection with the alleged offence. Hence there will be a direction to expedite the disposal of the application (Ext.P2) within a time schedule of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, subject to the restriction, if any, in connection with ongoing pandemic Covid-19.
Writ petition will stand disposed of accordingly.
