JUDGMENT
Pursuant to orders issued by this Court on 09.9.2021, the learned Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order dated 07.9.2021 issued by the 1st respondent rejecting the application submitted for issuance of minority status certificate.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the order if so advised.
Reserving such right, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
