JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed for a direction to re-fix the pension of the petitioner at the stage of Rs.5536/- in the scle of 5500-9000. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed I.A.No.1 of 2020, wherein it is stated that the pension of the petitioner is revised as Rs.5,536/- w.e.f. 01/01/2006. This is recorded.
On the basis of the verified petition filed by the Counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
