Reliefs sought for in this writ petition are as follows:
“i) to issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate order or direction to quash Ext.P2.
ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate order or direction to direct the 2nd respondent to grant the petitioners the grace marks for which they were eligible under Ext.P1, for the SSLC examinations they have already undergone now.
iii) to declare the petitioners are eligible to be considered for their grace marks for having undergone NCC training for 2 years and satisfied the other conditions mentioned in Ext.P1 (This can be verified by any competent authorities).”
Kannanthanam, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Placing on record the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
