It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that the Data Bank of the Irinjalakuda Municipality, in which the land belonging to the petitioner falls, has already been published. Under the said circumstances, I permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to her right to approach this Court after filing a fresh application in Form-5 before the RDO, as contemplated under the rules to the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right as aforesaid.
