This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to formulate Special Rules for the appointment of the post including the post of Director in the Minority Welfare Department immediately.
On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri.T.S.Harikumar, learned counsel on record submitted that the subject matter has become infructuous.
