JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 application before the 2^nd respondent seeking permission to construct a compound wall. In the writ petition it is the case of the petitioner that an issue with regard to the boundaries of the petitioner's property has already been resolved by measurements and the boundaries has already been fixed. It is the submission that all that remains now is for the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 application expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 application preferred by the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2^nd respondent for further action.
