falling in Re-Sy. No. 732/29 with the connivance of the revenue officials and that they had put up a boundary wall therein. The Land Revenue Commissioner had issued directions to the District Collector, the Deputy Collector (Vigilance), South Zone and the Tahsildar (LR) to conduct an enquiry as to whether the party respondents had committed any encroachment. They had submitted a report that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was baseless. The Land Revenue Commissioner by Ext.P2 order dated 7.3.2020 informed the petitioner that the objection raised by the petitioner was untenable and the complaint was closed. Though the said order was passed on 7.3.2020, the same has not been subjected to any challenge. The District Collector has merely reiterated the findings of the Land Revenue Commissioner. Furthermore, from the pleadings it is apparent that the petitioner has approached the Civil Court and has instituted a suit seeking an order of injunction. The petitioner may pursue his remedies before the Civil Court. I find no reason to interfere with Ext.P3 order. Reserving the right of the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the civil court, this writ petition will stand dismissed.
