JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P1 order in so far the transfer of the petitioner from Nagambadam, Kottayam to Pathanamthitta. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are two warehouses in Kottayam District itself where the petitioner could have been accommodated even if he had been transferred out from FL1 shop in Nagambadam.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that it was on account of the complaint received that the petitioner had to be transferred out from the FL1 shop where he was working.

In any view of the matter, I am of the opinion that

the question whether the petitioner is liable to be retained in any of the warehouses in Kottayam District is a matter for the respondents to consider.

In the above view of the matter, in case the petitioner approaches the 2^nd respondent with a request for

transfer to any warehouse in Kottayam, the same will be considered by the 2^nd respondent, in accordance with law without delay. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of

directing that in case the petitioner approaches the 2^nd respondent with appropriate representation seeking a transfer to Kottayam, the same will be considered without delay, at any rate, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
