to direct the respondents to accept Ext.P4 application for correction of his name and to process the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to accept Ext.P4 application and process the same in accordance with law. The respondent is directed to correctly enter the name of the petitioner as “Adith Gokul” in the Birth records in tune with Ext.P3 School records. This shall be done within a period of one month.
