JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is aggrieved by Exts.P1 and P2 stop memos issued by the 3^rd and 4^th respondents has preferred Exts.P3 and P4 objections before the said authority. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3^rd and 4^th respondents to consider and pass orders on the objections, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition by directing the 3^rd and 4^th respondents to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 objections preferred by the petitioner to Exts.P1 and P2 stop memos served on him, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 3^rd and 4^th respondents, for further action.
