JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 application before the 2^nd respondent for removing earth from the Kerala State Transport Project Division Road Puramboke.

The learned Government Pleader would submit, on instructions, that since the request is for removing a large quantity of earth the application preferred by the petitioner has been forwarded to the 1^st respondent by the 2^nd respondent and the 1^st respondent will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously.

Taking note of the said submission, the Writ petition is disposed by directing the 1^st respondent before whom Ext.P6 application is now stated to be pending to consider and pass orders on the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 1^st respondent for further action.
