The complaint of the petitioner is over the

delay in conducting inspection based on the application submitted by the petitioner for classification of the Hotel. The petitioner submitted the application on 04.09.2020. The respondent accepted the same and scheduled it for inspection on 18.09.2020 as seen from the status of the application available in the website, Ext.P1.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner and Adv.Sri.Shrihari Rao, the learned CGC.

As the complaint of the petitioner is

over the delay in conducting the inspection despite a successful application, which was

scheduled on 18.09.2020, there shall be a

direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action for conducting the inspection

and to finalise the proceedings for

classification within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
