JUDGMENT Dated this the 5th day of July, 2021

The prayer in this writ petition was for a direction to the respondents to process the revised sessional marks of the petitioner and to issue her a degree certificate, if she had passed in all papers. Pursuant to a detailed interim order rendered on 14.5.2021, it is submitted that, the result of the petitioner had been declared and the petitioner has also been issued with a provisional degree certificate. The substantial prayer, therefore, stands redressed. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the provisional certificate issued to the petitioner, there is an error in as much as the date of passing of the examination is shown as November, 2020 instead of November, 2019.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submits that if an application for correction is received from the petitioner, the same will be processed without any delay by the University and a corrected provisional certificate shall be issued.

The said submissions are recorded. If the petitioner approaches the respondents with an application for correction of the
