When this matter was taken up, Sri.Mohamed Jameel P.K., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that certified copy of Ext.P1 judgment in A.A. No.167 of 1997 of the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms), Kannur was issued to the petitioner and he has no further grievance.

This writ petition is accordingly closed.
