Petitioner has sought for a mandamus directing the Kerala State
Human Rights Commission, represented by its Registrar, Thiruvananthapuram, 1st respondent to consider Ext. P2 complaint dated 12.09.2014 before the Kerala Human Rights Commission and to pass orders after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law, within three months.
On behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, representation has
been made that the writ petition has become infructuous.
