No.287/2021 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court. Accordingly to ensure that the matter is independently and properly considered strictly in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in the judgment rendered on 24.2.2021 in W.A No.287/2021, it is ordered that Annexure A6 order will stand recalled and cancelled. It is made clear that the said interdiction has been made by this Court not in consideration of the merits of the matter but in as much as the same has not been effectuated in accordance with the matters directed to be considered in the judgment dated 24.2.2021 in W.A. No.287/2021. Hence the direction already passed by this Court in W.A No.287/2021 will regulate the case of the present appellant/petitioner as well. In other words, the District Collector, who is the Chairman of the respondent-District Tourism Promotion Council should strictly follow the various directions and orders passed by this Court in this case as well, treating as if the directions and orders passed on 24.2.2021 in W.A No.287/2021 is also equally applicable in this case as well. For the sake of clarity and for easy reference it is ordered that the registry will place a copy of the judgment dated 24.2.2021 in W.A No.287/2021.
