JUDGMENT
Dated this the 5th day of July 2021
S.MANIKUMAR, C.J.
Instant writ appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 22.6.2007 in W.P.(C)Nos.12702, 12703 & 14718 of 2007. Judgment impugned in this writ appeal reads as under:
“In all these three writ petitions the petitioners submit that now all the petitioners have been permitted to redo the first year again and therefore no further orders are necessary in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. However, as directed in the interim order dated 20-6-2007 the respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioners for adjustment of the fees already paid towards fees for the 1st year sympathetically and equitably.”
Going through the memorandum of ground and material on
record, at this juncture we are not inclined to interfere with the
impugned judgment.
Writ appeal is dismissed.
