The marital discord amongst the spouses has resulted in the respondent/husband filing O.P.No.1829 of 2019 before the Family Court, Ernakulam seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner/wife has filed M.C.No.119 of 2019 seeking maintenance before the Family Court, Nedumangad and O.P.No.750 of 2019 before the Family Court, Chavara for return of gold ornaments and money. The petitioner, who is a permanent resident of Sasthamkotta, within the limits of Family Court, Chavara seeks transfer of the Original Petition filed by the husband before the Family Court, Ernakulam and the Maintenance Case filed by her before the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Chavara.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the prayer for transfer.

In the result, the Transfer Petition is allowed. O.P. No.1829/2020 on the files of the Family Court,

TR.P(C) NO. 15 OF 2020

Ernakulam and M.C.No.119/2019 on the files of Family Court, Nedumangad shall forthwith be transferred to the Family Court, Chavara.
