The husband came up against the order of maintenance though what is granted comes to only Rs.5,000/- per month to the petitioner.
2. Going through the order of the trial court, prima facie it appears that the trial court has applied
a balance taking into consideration the income and relationship of the parties and awarded an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month. There is no reason for admitting the Revision on file. Hence the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. The Registry shall forward a copy of the order to the trial court.
