The limited prayer in the Original Petition is for a direction to the 1^st respondent Kerala State Wakf Board to consider and pass orders in Ext.P2 within a time frame.

We heard Sri.A.Abdul Jaleel, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.T.K.Saidalikutty, the learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Wakf Board, who submits that the matter can be disposed of in six months.

On a consideration of the rival submissions, we dispose the Original Petition by directing the Wakf Board to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 within an outer time limit of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioners and others likely to be affected by the orders to be passed by the Wakf Board.
