The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for an expeditious disposal of the case pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. In fact, the petitioner has originally approached the Family Court, Kollam in the year 2017. Thereafter, the case was transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram based on an order passed in a transfer petition filed before this Court. The Division Bench of this Court in Shiju Joy v. Nisha (2021 (2) KLT 607) have issued necessary guidelines for disposal of matters pending before the Family Court.
