The petitioner has approached this Court stating that

the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, in a pending matter, O.P.No.1809/2017, refused to reveal the contents of the DNA report received.

We sought a report from the learned Family Court

¶23

Judge, Thiruvananthapuram. In the report, the Judge of the Family Court stated that if a request is made, the parties

can be permitted to peruse the DNA test report. In view of the request already made before this Court, the Family Court shall permit both the parties to peruse the DNA test report. If the parties apply for a certified copy, it shall be made available to such applicant on usual terms.

The original petition is disposed of as above.
