This Original petition was filed for expeditious disposal of a matter pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam. A Division Bench of this Court, by judgment dated 23.3.2021 in O.P.(FC).No.352/2020 and connected cases, had given guidelines for disposal of such cases pending before the Family Court.
It is submitted that the case is scheduled to be posted on 21.4.2021. The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court on that day.
