Despite the order dated 8.9.2021, the appellant has
not taken steps to serve a copy of the memorandum of appeal on the learned Government Pleader. The appeal is of the year 2010. Hence, it is assumed that the appellant
is no longer desirous of prosecuting the appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has already submitted that he is no longer appears for the appellant. In the said circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.
