RAVIKUMAR,J.
The captioned DBP was registered based on CDB Report No.16/2020 in Complaint No.239/2019. The main allegation was with respect to the continuation of a particular Shanthi in Avilissery Shiva Temple for more than 8 years. Taking note of the fact that such continuation of a particular Shanthi in a temple for more than 8 years violates the transfer norms and that a complaint filed earlier, viz; Complaint No.30/2019 was directed to be considered by the Board, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel to get instructions as to the outcome of the decision on that complaint.

to the continuation of a particular person as Shanthi in the aforesaid temple for more than 8 years, a decision was taken and as per order dated 02.11.2020, the said person was transferred out.
Since, nothing further survives in this petition to be considered, recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this DBP stands closed.
