Spoke. Though we dictated the judgment on 22.02.2021, to have clarification on an issue, this was posted on 08.03.2021. However, we do not find any reason to change the order already dictated.

The Travancore Devaswom Board filed the aforesaid application seeking permission to transfer the present Executive Officer, Sabarimala, Sri. V.S. Rajendra Prasad from there and to post him as Deputy Devaswom Commissioner, High Court Audit, Travancore Devaswom Board and to transfer and post Deputy Devaswom Commissioner, Pathanamthitta, Sri. V. Krishnakumara Warrier as Executive Officer at Sabarimala.

We have heard the learned Standing Counsel and perused the affidavit accompanying the petition and also Annexure-A1 report of the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Security, Travancore Devaswom Board. It would reveal that no vigilance or disciplinary proceedings are pending against him. On such perusal and consideration, we are of the

view that this application can be allowed. Hence it is allowed. Permission is granted to transfer the present Executive Officer, Sabarimala, Sri. V.S. Rajendra Prasad from there and to post him as Deputy Devaswom Commissioner, High Court Audit, Travancore Devaswom Board and also to transfer and post Deputy Devaswom Commissioner, Pathanamthitta, Sri. V. Krishnakumara Warrier as
