Petitioner is the 4^th accused in Crime No.707 of 2015 of Wadakkanchery Police Station, registered for offences under Sections 457 and 380 r/w 34 of IPC now pending as C.C.No.2608 of 2016 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery. It is stated

that the petitioner was working abroad and he is desirous of surrendering before the jurisdictional court, but is apprehensive that his bail application may not be considered on the

date of surrender.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner

submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and is innocent of the offences alleged.

The Crl.M.C is hence disposed of, permitting the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery in C.C.No.2608 of 2016 and to move an application for bail, with advance notice to the Public Prosecutor. In such event, the learned Magistrate shall consider the application for bail on the date of surrender and pass appropriate orders
