JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging noncompliance of the directions contained in Annexure-3 judgment of this Court dated 21.12.2020 whereby, that writ petition was disposed of with the following directions:-
“(i) Within two days, the petitioner shall submit a reply to the communication dated 11.12.2020 to the 1st respondent, along with supporting materials.
(ii) Thereafter, the 1st respondent shall consider application made by the petitioner for affiliation of D.Pharm course, on the strength of Ext.P1 approval granted by the Pharmacy Council of India, for the academic year 2020-2021, with an intake of 60, and take an appropriate decision, after conducting an inspection, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.”
