Dated this the 25th day of November, 2021
When the matter was taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner reiterated his submission on the earlier posting date that a sum of Rs.23,00,197/- (Rupees Twenty three lakh one hundred ninety seven only) has been deposited. The remaining amount of around Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakh only) is further due.
the K.S.R.T.C. submitted that the amount as ordered in the judgment of this Court has been deposited. The claim of the petitioner for interest is an issue that the petitioner has to raise before the appropriate Court.
The Contempt Case (Civil) is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to seek relief, if any, in accordance with law.
