In the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this respondent to withdraw Exhibit P4 order in W.P.(C).No.4403/2012, ie; CRP(1) 5265/11 dated 06.02.2012 and Annexure A2 order in the above Contempt of Court Case ie; CRP(1) 7788/2017 dated 04/08/2021 with liberty to issue fresh enquiry order and exonerate this respondent from further proceedings in the matter."
