When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the
counsel on both sides that the writ petition itself was disposed of
directing the respondents 3 and 4 in the writ petition to consider the
representation submitted by the petitioner and take a decision. It is
also submitted that the Court has directed the steps for recovery to
be kept in abeyance while the matter is being considered by the 3rd
and 4th respondents in the writ petition.
In the above circumstances, there is no necessity to continue
with this contempt proceeding. The submission of the counsel
regarding the disposal of the writ petition is recorded and the
Contempt Case is closed.
