JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this Contempt Case, alleging noncompliance of the directions contained in Annexure A1 judgment of this Court dated 26.03.2021 in W.P.(C)No.3847 of 2021, whereby that writ petition was disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to finalise the proceedings, initiated for implementing Ext.P1 order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pala, after obtaining report from the Taluk Surveyor, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that judgment.
