The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that

the name of the petitioner was not included in the draft transfer order. The learned Standing Counsel for the K.S.R.T.C. has produced an order dated 16.09.2021 with a list stated to be the order issued in compliance of the directions of this court in W.P.(C.) Nos.4561/2021 and other connected cases. The petitioner has a grievance that his name does not appear in the list.

On 16.09.2021, the list was published. Thereafter, by order dated 20.09.2021 No. 500/CMD(SPC)/2021/RTC, on behalf of Chairman and Managing Director, Office Memorandum was issued by which it was stated that any person who had objection regarding the list dated 16.09.2021 may file his objections before the Executive Director on or before 25.09.2021.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Case is
