Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submit that Writ Appeal No.867/2021 has been preferred in W.P.(C) No.19544/2020 and a Division Bench of this Court, as per order dated 29.07.2021, has granted two weeks time to the respondent to publish the results.
Since the Division Bench has interfered in the matter and passed orders subsequently, this contempt case need not be proceeded with further. Therefore, recording the aforesaid submission made by either side, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
