JUDGMENT
The Official Liquidator has filed this company claim, claiming a sum of Rs.27,200/- (Rupees twenty seven thousand two hundred only) together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 09.11.2000, till realisation from respondents 1 to 3, in respect of Kuri No.VJ26/45B conducted by the company in liquidation. During the pendency of this company claim the subscriber of the chit namely the 1st respondent died and his legal heirs are impleaded as additional respondents 4 to 6 by the order of this Court dated 17.02.2021 in Co.Appl. Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2019. The 3rd respondent was set ex parte.
