Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with a complaint filed against him by one Jessy Chacko.
It is reported that no crime has been registered against the petitioner at the instance of aforesaid Jessy Chacko before the Thiruvalla Police Station. If any crime is registered against the petitioner at the instance of the aforesaid Jessy Chacko before the Thiruvalla Police Station, a notice under section 41A of the Cr.PC shall be issued to the petitioner.
