This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The petitioner filed this application apprehending arrest in connection with an incident involving commission of offence punishable under Section 308, 324, 326 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a copy of the report of the Inspector of Police, Vadanappally Police Station. It is stated in the report that as of now, there is no complaint or information showing that the petitioner has any way connected with the alleged incident regarding which Crime No.741 of 2021 was registered.

Recording that fact, this application is closed. It is made clear that in the event of subsequently there arises a requirement of arresting the petitioner in connection with the said crime, the investigating officer shall do so only after giving
