the petitioner had undertaken before the police that he would not harass the deceased in any manner. The audio clips handed over to the investigating officer by the sister of the deceased also reveals that the petitioner had been harassing the deceased by questioning her fidelity and by even retorting to a statement by the deceased that the deceased and children will have to commit suicide by asking as to why that had not happened. Considering the above, I am not inclined to hold that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the investigating officer in Crime No.275 of 2021 of Town South Police Station, Palakkad District and that there may be a direction to produce him before the learned Magistrate on the same day. It is, directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the investigating officer in crime No.275 of 2021 of Town South Police Station, Palakkad District on or before 20.12.2021, the petitioner shall be produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on the same day.
