This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under
Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
As per Order dated 11.11.2021 in Crl.M.C.No.4602 of
2021 of this Court, the case against all the accused in Crime No.402 of 2021 of Bekal Police Station was quashed.
In the light of the above order, the bail application has
become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed as infructuous.
