The petitioners who are arraigned as accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.1254 of 2020 of Town North Police Station, Palakkad District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have moved this application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
