Petitioners are accused Nos. 1 to 3 in Crime No.111/2021 of Parappanangadi Police Station in Malappuram district, which was registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 308 read with Section 149 of the IPC.
conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has already been laid before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parappanangadi.
In the circumstances, the apprehension that the petitioners will be arrested for the case is out of place. Now, in the light of the filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are at liberty to surrender before Court, where the case is pending, within ten days from today and they shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees
