This is an application for anticipatory bail moved by the
accused in Crime No.265/2021 of Neeleswaram Police Station alleging offence punishable under Section 294(b) and 353 and 506 IPC.
at 3.10 pm, at the village office, Neeleswaram and the defacto complainant is the village officer.
Therefore, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within seven days from today and will make himself available for interrogation. In the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two solvent
sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the

Investigating Officer; he shall co-operate with the
investigation; he shall not involve himself in any crime during the period on bail.
