APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL
The applicant has approached this Court for anticipatory bail apprehending that a crime has been registered against him at Konni Police Station, for a non-bailable offence. The learned Public Prosecutor under instructions submits that no crime has been registered against the applicant for a non-bailable offence at Konni Police Station.
Hence, the application is disposed of, with a direction to the SHO, Konni Police Station, not to arrest the applicant until served with a notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C, in case, a crime is registered against him for a non-bailable offence in that Police Station on the allegations made in the application.
