ORDER
Petitioner, who is the second accused in crime No.525/2020 of Medical College police station, Thrissur along with nine other accused persons, faces allegations under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 324, 201, 506(i), 506(ii), 120B, 326, 307, 302 r/w 149 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The incident that led to the murder of one Sijo had happened on 05.07.2020 at 10.00 p.m. The petitioner and other accused were already arrested, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been laid and now the case is pending before the Sessions Court as S.C. No.101/2021.

pending against him. Even though the investigation is completed, charge laid and he is in custody for the last one year, in the interest of justice it is not
advisable to release him on bail. The application is liable to be dismissed.
