ORDER
This is an application seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehends that he would be arrayed as an accused in Crime No.832/2021 of Gandhinagar Police Station in Kottayam district.
When taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that, it is a case in which 2.148 kg of ganja was seized by the police and that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused.
Recording the same the petition is closed.
