This is an application for anticipatory bail.
order:-
It is reported that the investigation conducted thus far into Crime No.52/2021 of Pandikad Police Station reveals that the allegations against the petitioner are false. It is also reported that the investigating officer has placed the investigation records before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Thrissur Range and that further action will be taken after appropriate instructions are received in the matter from the said officer.
In the light of the above, the interim order granted in this case will continue for a period of ten days. Post on 26.11.2021.
The Bail Application is disposed of .
