This application for pre-arrest bail has been filed by the petitioners, who are arraigned as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.1643/2020 of Neyyattinkara Police Station registered for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Such being the case, I think that these petitioners are not
entitled for pre-arrest bail. They could surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. If an application for bail is moved, the same shall be disposed of without any delay.
