When taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that, the petitioner is accused in Crime No. 337/2018, 298/2019, 299/2019 and 43/2021 of Agali police station in Palakkad district, all were registered alleging offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the I.P.C. The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to file separate application in the crimes. This is recorded and the petition is closed.
