ORDER
The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No. 693 of 2020 of Vellathooval police station in Idukki district, which was registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 304 and 326 of the IPC, besides under Section 57A(1)(i)(ii) and Sections 8(1) and (2) of the Abkari Act. The allegation seems to be that the petitioner had procured arrack mixed with noxious substances to the homestay of the brother of the defacto complainant and resultantly caused death of two persons.
The petitioner can surrender before the Investigating Officer within fifteen days. Subject to the above, the petition is closed.
